We make it easy

Send us your logo. We'll do the rest.

Tell us about your event and we'll design the marquee, full back wall, table throw and flags to work together. You'll see the artwork and have the final say before anything is printed.

Artwork design is free. A logo and a few ideas are enough to get started.

Pickup or delivery can be arranged. Pickup is free, and delivery to eligible Gold Coast addresses is free. Outside that area? Tell us your suburb and postcode; we'll quote delivery before you commit.

You approve before you pay. Production starts after both final proof approval and payment.

How it works

From “let's do it” to event day.

Tell us you're ready to order. We'll confirm pickup or delivery and timing, design the artwork, then get your approval before asking you to pay.

We'll check the details

We'll confirm any delivery cost, the package and the usual 2–3 week timing before artwork begins.

STEP 03

See your artwork

Send us your logo and ideas. We'll prepare a proof for you to check and approve.

STEP 04

Approve, pay, then we print

Production starts only when the final proof is approved and payment is received.

Allow 2–3 weeks after final artwork approval and payment for your pack to be ready. Have a fixed event date? Add it to the form and we'll check whether we can meet it before work begins. A shorter turnaround is not guaranteed.

A few quick answers

Good to know before you order.

Do I pay anything today?

No. It takes you to the order form. We'll confirm your details and prepare artwork for you to approve. We ask for payment after you approve the final proof, and only start production once both approval and payment are in.

Do I need print-ready artwork?

No. Send us your logo and any colours, wording or rough ideas you have. Free artwork design is included across the whole pack, and we'll send you a proof to check.

Can you meet my event date?

Please allow 2–3 weeks after final artwork approval and payment for the pack to be ready. If you have a fixed date, put it in the form. We'll check whether we can meet it before artwork begins; we won't promise a shorter turnaround unless it is confirmed.

Can you deliver outside the Gold Coast?

Potentially, yes. Pickup is free, as is delivery to eligible Gold Coast addresses. If you're elsewhere, tell us your suburb and postcode. We'll check availability, quote delivery and confirm the total with you before artwork begins.

Can I change what's in the pack?

Yes. Tell us what you'd like to change. Different sizes, quantities, hardware or print options may change the price; we'll confirm that with you first.
